Privacy Policy
Effective October 31, 2026
The short version: Bill Schedule doesn’t collect any information about you.
Your bills stay on your devices. There’s no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and nothing is sold or shared.
What the app stores
The bills, payments, pay schedule and settings you enter are stored on your iPhone, in the app’s own storage. The Bill Schedule widget reads them on the same device. We never receive them.
iCloud sync
If you turn on iCloud sync, your schedule is kept in your own iCloud account using Apple’s iCloud storage, so it can appear on your other devices signed in to the same Apple Account. It is handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. We can’t see it.
Reminders
Reminders are scheduled on your device by iOS. Nothing is sent to us or to any server.
Face ID
If you turn on the lock, iOS checks your face or passcode. The app only learns whether unlocking succeeded. It never has access to your face data.
Purchases
The one-time purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. The app receives a confirmation that you bought it, never your payment details.
Payment links
If you add a payment link to a bill and tap Pay, it opens in your web browser. That website’s own privacy policy applies to your visit.
Backups and reports
Backups and PDF or CSV reports are created only when you ask, and you choose where they go. They contain the bills you entered, so keep them somewhere safe.
What we don’t do
- We don’t collect personal information or usage data.
- We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, or any third-party code that collects data.
- We don’t sell or share data. There is none to share.
Children
Bill Schedule is a general audience app. It doesn’t collect information from anyone, including children.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes its data from that device. If iCloud sync is on, turn it off in the app first, or delete the app from all your devices. Backups you downloaded are files you control.
This website
This website uses no cookies or analytics. Like any website, its hosting service may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with a new effective date.
